Description

Apartment Spalena lies directly in the historic center of Prague 1, halfway between St. Wenceslas Square and the Vltava river. The National Museum, the National Theater, The Black Light Theater, Old Town Square, Charles Bridge... these and many other notable Prague sights are less than 10 minutes walking distance from Apartment Spalena. Directly across the street from you'll find the Tesco shopping complex, a tram stop and subway/metro station "Národní třída" (line B). This is a wonderful location and obviously there are many shops, restaurants, pubs, bars, coffee houses, as well as most of Prague's historical attractions just outside your door.

Right inside the building is the popular restaurant, U Seminaristů, known for its pleasant atmosphere and excellent international as well as Czech cuisine.

Room Amenities

There are four spacious apartments at your disposal. Entry into all of them is from an inner courtyard. All windows face the courtyard as well, so the accommodations are very quiet and peaceful.

Apartment A – 1 bedroom

Apartment A offers a living room, bedroom, a hallway and a kitchenette. It's on the first floor and is ideal for two adults and one child, as there is a double bed and a sleeper couch. The apartment comes fully furnished and equipped. Living room amenities include a sleeper sofa, coffee table, two armchairs, a TV with TV stand and a reading lamp. Bedroom has a double bed, night stand and a reading lamp. Kitchenette contains a dining table and three chairs, refrigerator, a two-burner electric range, electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, as well as all utensils, pots, pans and dishes. The bathroom offers a shower, wash basin, mirror and there is a separate WC.

Apartment B - 2 bedrooms

Apartment B has two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen corner, hallway and two separate bathrooms and two WCs. Also situated on the first floor, these accommodations are ideal for two couples and up to two children, or for anyone who appreciates the added privacy and convenience of two separate bathing facilities and toilets. The first bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and night stands with reading lamps. The second offers the same except there are two twin beds, which can be pushed together to form a queen sized bed. Kitchen has a table with a corner bench, a refrigerator, microwave oven, two-burner range, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster and pots, pans, dishes and utensils. Each bathroom features a shower, wash basin and mirror, and then there are the two separate toilets.

Apartment C - 2 bedrooms

This two bedroom apartment has similar amenities to apartment B. The most notable exceptions are that it features only one bath (with a full tub) and one WC, but has a fully separate kitchen. It is located on the third floor. Both bedrooms have two twin beds which can be pushed together to form queen beds and the living room has a sleeper sofa. These accommodations are suitable for up to five people.

Apartment D - 2 bedrooms

The configuration of this apartment is different in that it has no dedicated living room. It is located on the third floor and features one bedroom, a bathroom, WC, kitchen, hallway and another bedroom/living room. The first bedroom has two twin beds which can be made into a queen sized bed, an armoire and night stands with lamps, the second bedroom/living room has double bed, armoire, night tables with lamps, a daybed and a coffee table. A fully appointed kitchen similar to the other apartments and bathroom with a sink, shower and mirror round out the amenities.
